Use the same account for your own home and properties shared by homeowners. Contributor access is free and each property keeps its own permissions and billing.
Homie and home plans · Selected betas
We are testing reusable job plans and home guidance with selected testers. A separate admin proof of concept is working out smart-home connections; Google remains planned, pending availability. Apple Home, direct Matter and device controls are outside the initial scope.
